As a company grounded in service-based offerings, WTHN needed a membership program that was enticing, community-focused, and catered to the busy lifestyles of its Manhattan + Brooklyn clientele.
We reintroduced the membership with a community focus, clear value-based tiers, and a light, warm aesthetic. Our 360 campaign converted New-York based members while continuing to build trust through educational content on our national platforms.
