As a company grounded in service-based offerings, WTHN needed a membership program that was enticing, community-focused, and catered to the busy lifestyle of its Manhattan clientele.

We reintroduced the membership with a community focus, clear value-based tiers, and a light, warm aesthetic. Our 360 campaign converted our NYC-local members while building trust on our national platforms through educational content.
